If the system works on the integrated GPU (no drivers for the AMD GPU installed), chances are the AMD chip is dying.

Given that the system is only worth $50-100, you'll need to assess the cost of a board replacement against the remaining life of the system.  It doesn't support Windows 11, and with Microsoft having a clear path forward that abandons anything older than the 11th generation, it has limited life remaining.

@ejn63 In fact,
there were some applications and games that needed to install Directx9, so I could not install it <I do not know the cause of the problem> So I went to Device Manager and as soon as I pressed the amd graphics card, the computer froze. Then I tried to restart it and the same problem occurred. Then I went to safe mode and disabled the graphics card and deleted the drivers and reinstalled it and the same problem occurred. Then I reinstalled Windows and got the same problem.

See the earlier reply -- chances are overwhelming the GPU is on its way out.

@ejn63 Does this mean I should give up on the idea of finding a solution? cause I tried many things.

This is the solution, and while it comes with a year warranty, it's also more than the entire system is worth.
