Function key display pop-ups gone after Windows 10 update

This includes things like the volume keys and touchpad toggle and brightness and Bluetooth toggle... whenever I would hit something like that or like Fn+F5 or Fn+F3, it would show something on the screen; that's all gone now.

I'm on a Latitude E6540, have completely updated Windows and Dell, gone through Support Assistant, through the Dell site drivers with my service tag, automated, but if I'm going to do this manually, I can't tell which driver I need.

PS: I've already tried this solution - https://www.dell.com/community/Laptops-General-Read-Only/Function-Keys-Display/m-p/4052743#M710485 - which doesn't work, yet I can't mark it as not working nor thumbs-down it or anything, which is why I'm here.
