FW STATUS RECOVERY ERROR latitude e7240
Hi,
I have a problem with my Dell Latitude e7240.
After I changed CMOS battery I get a message on screen FW STATUS RECOVERY ERROR. I have tried everything, downgrade BIOS then update BIOS, removed CMOS battery 5 times, but nothing helped.
Can anybody give me help with this issue?
I have read all info here but couldn't find any information that helped.

Try removing the battery and leave it out for at least 15 minutes then reinstall the battery and try again. The following links may help.
For Lenovo but it applies.
