Hello My computer have a problem

hello I have a problem with my dell computer, I bought it 10 months ago and everything was normal until one day my computer disconnected the cable and it turned off, I turned it on again and the battery was supposedly 100% and not until today I can solve it and it is always connected, I do not know whether to buy a new computer or a new battery, what do I do, please help me
