[HELP] identify fake charger?

Latitude 7400

Latitude 7400

Hi, been buying secondhand laptop (latitude 7400)

the laptop it self is in really good condition and all component matched with system configuration data

but the charger seem’s suspicious to me, since the part number didn’t match with laptop system configuration data

can somebody tell if it’s original or fake?

or may give some detail picture of the original charger

thank you

There's no way to tell from that photo. Counterfeit goods can look genuine, and they may exactly copy a genuine label.

Dell's Latitude 7400 specifications list six models of power adapters that are approved for use with that laptop, so part numbers will vary.

Hold F2 while booting, to enter BIOS. See if the power adapter is recognized. If it is recognized, then it is a genuine Dell power adapter.

As this is a used laptop, you should also run Dell Diagnostics:
Immediately after pressing the power button to turn on the laptop (or after clicking the Reboot command), press and hold F12 to enter the One Time Boot Menu, select Diagnostics and press Enter. The Dell Diagnostics will test major hardware components. Choose to run the extended tests.

There's so many fake chargers in market. If this looks fake then purchase from authorized seller.
