How to change EPP parameter in CPU (SpeedShift technology)

Hey. I got information from intel, SpeedShift technology can be tune by parameter EPP. This parameter define how power of CPU should react on a ussage. Is somehow possible to set EPP without option in Bios? For example some external SW tool.. I really appreciate have this posibility... You can configure this setting with "throttlestop" software.

Hello, thank you for your reply. Throttlestop is really working and seems to be capable. But i think it would be valuable to Dell add this setting also to bios for setting it by default.. Unfortunately Dell is too reluctant provide more care about costumers. However thank you very much
