How to find serial addon software E5570
Hi,
I have a Latitude E5570 with addon software Adobe Acrobat. Software tells me, that it is not activated but I don´t have a Serial-Key. Normally it´s been found in Dell Digital Delivery, but this software doens´t work on my computer for months. Where else can I find my serial for this software?

Acrobat Reader is free -- the full version of Acrobat has to be purchased by subscription from Adobe (even if it was purchased with the system, unless you have an active yearly subscription it would have expired by now and need to be renewed).

3rd try to answer here:
We bought the software Adobe Acrobat Std. with the notebooks. DDD does not work on my 5570 for months now. Thats´s where I usually find serial and installer.
I can provide invoice if necessary.

Adobe licenses that for $12.99 per month - even if you purchased it with a system four years ago, you'd need a new subscription now.

Ok, didn´t know software is time-limited. I used it over 3 years. A time ago I read something about 10 years or 4 clean installations of the device. Neither has happened yet.

Hi, after a long time of research:
- I found a lot of computers in my network much or that old as mine where bundled software still works.
- Doin´ a clean install of Windows, DDD doesn´t work at all.
- Found this with date 5th Dec 2020:
2. Dell Digital Delivery – Service und Lizenzierung
Die Berechtigung für die Lizenz (und den Download) bleibt für 8 Jahre oder 10 Downloads verfügbar und steht nicht im Zusammenhang mit dem Hardware-Service.
Im Falle eines Systemaustauschs wird die Berechtigung für Dell Digital Delivery (DDD) auf die neue Service-Tag-Nummer übertragen.
Wenn der Kunde eine Anwendung herunterlädt, wird eine Kopie des Installationsprogramms auf der Festplatte gespeichert. Eine Neuinstallation erfordert also nur einen weiteren Download, wenn die Festplatte ausgetauscht, gelöscht usw. wird. Bei einer einfachen Deinstallation/Neuinstallation/Reparatur ist in der Regel kein Download erforderlich.
This tells me 8 years valid and 10 downloads - which is not even close to my situation.
So, still looking for help to get my software running. DDD doesn´t work properly, it always hangs on "Verfügbare Assets werden gesucht...".
