The file is listed for Ubuntu though

I notice two years later they still have CAB files for Ubuntu and Red Hat firmware updates - but no information on how to install them.

@timekills figured out how to do it via this post - https://askubuntu.com/questions/1153546/issues-updating-firmware-using-fwupdmgr-update
fwupdmgr install <package_name>
but it is ridiculous to provide an obscure file type and not include installation instructions

@Mary G and its not great customer service to presume your customers are doing things wrong when in fact they are doing things correctly and Dell are just not providing them with answers.
