"Intel(R) Active Management Technology" causing latency issues - can I disable it?

Hello everyone 🙂
Dell Latitude 5400 Win 11 here
Trying to solve DPC latency issue (for real time audio processing)
I have noticed that in Device Manager the
"Intel Active Management Technology - SOL (COM3)"
and
"Intel(R) Management Engine Interface" drivers are causing spikes in both LatencyMon and DPC Latency Checker
Now Im searching the web and I can't find a clear information on "do I need it" and "can I disable/uninstall" these drivers
Can someone tell me please if its safe to disable them or even uninstall?
Maybe just temporarily disable when Im recording audio and then enable them again?

If you (or your IT staff) isn't using remote management, you can safely disable the service.
