Key mapping for console redirection message appears on boot
Hello
After BIOS update 1.9.1 I'm seeing the this message (screenshot) on boot when the laptop is connected to my dell WD15 dock
Any help on how to stop this message is highly appreciated
My system info : Dell Latitude 7400, Win 10 Pro

System: Dell Latitude 7400 Win 10 Pro. Dell support provided a work around: BIOS>Manageability>Intel AMT Capability>Disabled

I have the same symptom on a 7400, 1.9.1 - Undocked (normally use a WD19 though), no peripherals plugged in.
Just for fun I pressed fn+F12 at the prompt, and had an extended boot - About 2 minutes before I got to a login screen. But now the Key Mapping prompt is gone, and I see nothing related to it in the BIOS.

Does this happen only when the laptop is docked?

Your solution worked, I disabled Intel AMT in BIOS and now no more annoying prompts

I have the same problem when booting up, I have raised 2 faults with Dell support and still dealing with second fault support team (been passed to 3rd line support now), during the first support ticket Dell had my motherboard and fan replaced which did not resolve fault.
My Latitude 5401 was working fine until the upgrade of 1.9.1 BIOS, after that in June this screen appeared every time I booted up and is very frustrating.
I think Dell should be investigating why this problem has occurred and ensure the next BIOS upgrade resolves the message.
I have tried the quick fix as per the solution in these posts and it appears to have stopped the message appearing, but will continue to check over the next few days
Come on Dell, fix this BIOS and test before releasing updates....

Hello, I also experienced this type of problem in my dell latitude 7400 when I updated my bios firmware to 1.9.1. The solution works. But the booting time is actually taking so long compared to my dell inspiron 7000, it just bothers me.
