keyboard on/off itself
Hi All,
I have one problem with the backlight keyboard.
The laptop is Latitude 5590.
It s turning on and off itself , 1 time each 3..5 minutes , with no reason it seems.
Anyway , I have the impression only when I connect my bluetooth mouse microsoft 3600 does this.
I putt all the last updates (bios, drivers etc).
Any solution?

Just found the problem
NFC sensor next to touchpad.
When touch , push or even without touch .
After putting offline ,( in windows) , there is no lighting of keyboard without touching a key or the touchpad.
Possible ....the wrong montage, but for now I will keppit disable.

Hi,
tanks for support,
The problem persist.
I putt also the last utility DFEP 2.2 , I get 2 new tabs in keyboard control panel butt I cannot change any timeout timer or brightness level. When I click OK I loose the setting.
Seems to be overwritten by the bios settings. (I have win 10 pro).
In Bios I have configured as Bright , and 10s timeout on AC and 10s timeot on battery.
So , now I am thinking maybe there is hardware problem.
However , I don t see any backlight ON when I disable the light with Fn+F10 key.
