What Windows operating system did you install?  If Win 10 or Win 11 please include the edition (e.g., Home, Pro, etc.) and version and build number shown at Settings | System | About | Windows specifications.

Do you have the latest Dell Latitude 3410 and 3510 System BIOS v1.25.0 recommended on the support page at https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/product-support/product/latitude-15-3510-laptop/drivers for your Latitude 3510. ***?  To see your current BIOS version open a Run dialog box (Windows key + R), enter msinnfo32, and look for the field named "BIOS Version/Date".

What Dell software (e.g. Dell SupportAssist, Dell Update for Windows Universal, etc.), if any, is currently listed at Control Panel | Programs | Programs and Features?  Please include the version number of any installed Dell software.

What steps, if any, have you taken to try to diagnose your slow system performance?
