Laptop makes buzzing sound while charging

I have dell Inspiration 5570 laptop and it starts making buzzing noise while charging. It's been nearly two years since I have bought this laptop. This problem starts whenever I install new games in my laptop. Even after I delete games my laptop starts making buzzing noise while charging and this reduces the battery performance also. The buzzing sound goes while the battery is disconnected. I encountered this problem 1 month ago and fix this problem by resetting the pc. But it is very difficult to reset the pc again since I have to install all the software. Is there any way to solve this issue ?
