Laptop not getting on
Latitude 5490
I have issue in my dell latitude 5490.
Keyboard and power lights blinking but not getting on. Sometimes dell logo shows and restart continue.
Kindly help.

Have you installed any updates or made any changes before the problem started? Are you seeing amber and white blinking lights and if so what sequence are you seeing (such as 2 amber and 2 white and so on). Do you see any errors? Have you tried a reset. To reset disconnect the battery and adapter then press and hold down the power button for 30 seconds. Then reconnect everything and try to boot again.
