Laptops randomly changing boot order to HTTPS boot first

Hello,
I'm providing support to one of our customer and they reported problem I'm not able to investigate or reproduce.
On several their laptops boot options is being randomly changed. Customer reports that "Windows Boot Manager" disappear from time to time and "HTTPS boot" is set as first then.
In some cases their onsite technician was able to fix this issue at least temporarily by selecting hard drive from boot menu, but it did not help in some cases, and issue with changing boot order may happen again on that machine (on one of them it happened 3 days later again).
They tried to disable Fast boot, as on some forum I found it may be causing this issue, but it had no effect in their case.
Affected machines are running Windows 11 22H2/23H2.
From example machines they provided I'm aware of these models as of now:
Latitude 5420, bios 1.34.1
Latitude 5430, Bios 1.22.1
Precision 3581, Bios 1.14.0

We are not sure when this issue started. Machines are using Dell Command Update tool for updating drivers and Bios on them. Customer thinks it happened after BIOS update on them.

Any help with what to check or try, or if you have similar experience are welcome.

Any response from anyone? We do not have any Dell technician contact and I was not able to find it on website. This is my only way how I can contact Dell. Issue is still ongoing, tickets coming our way from time to time with always same issue. Customer also tried to contact Dell, they got some technician contact, but apart what we already recommended to customer to try, and recommendation to check logs inside BIOS where we do not have access remotely (computers are in Finland, we are in Czechia) they did not get any useful recommendation from Dell. IU also got info that this issue disappeared itself from one computer, but appeared on another one which did not have this issue before. It would be good to have someone from Dell to help us as for me it looks like hardware or BIOS problem.
