Latitude 3190
It is very confusing for a layman like me.I am trying to increase the storage on my latatitude from 64GB to 256GB. i cannot seem to find the upgrade memory.
Please help!

These either shipped with an eMMC SSD (soldered and not upgradeable) or an M.2 SATA (not NVMe) drive that is replaceable.
Your reference is to an M.2 SATA drive -- these are largely obsolete but may still be available. One example:
