Latitude 3440 Bluetooth issues

Hello, I bought a Latitude 3440 some time ago, (OS Windows 10)

and I have been using my bluetooth headset ever since I bought it.

Yesterday my headset audio was cutting out, so I thought I'd try uninstalling and re-installing my bluetooth drivers.   But when I uninstalled the drivers and restarted my laptop, they weren't there in Device Manager anymore     and when I went to the "Bluetooth and other devices" tab, the option to turn bluetooth ON and OFF were missing, 

here are the things I have already tried:

1-Updated windows.

2-Troubleshoot Bluetooth (It said that my device didn't have bluetooth, but I had been using Bluetooth ever since I bought it).

3-Used the Support Assist tool.

4-Restared my computer multiple times.

But after all that, the Bluetooth option still isn't there in Device manager, even when I enable "show hidden devices" option.

Please help!
