Latitude 5410 BSOD
Hello community,
we have alot of issuses with our Dell Latitude 5410 right now. Most of them getting an BSOD at booting the device or after like 15 minutes of running.
I think we have simular erros referering to this thread. But the solution/microsoft kb article is never mentioned. Any of you know a solution to this problem? https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/bsod-dell-latitude-5410/f4b3e457-163c-4db7-9159-2ad058d840dd

Hello from Germany!
try to remove the latest security update KB50000802 and reboot.
Are you using Kyocera printer?
Best regards
Peter

Hey Peter,
thanks for your response. Going to try the remove of the kb and then reboot.
And yes we do use kyocera but the problem devices dont have the printer drivers installed. I have read this article already. We get the errors right after we deployed the devices. No printers involved at that point.
Best regards

Hello again!
Do you use ADS for deployment?
If so, update to latest release 1909 or newer.
Redeploy to the devices afterwards.
If that does not work, use a untouched W10 20H2 ISO from MS and install a single device from USB Stick.
Use "Rufus" to build a bootable (UEFI-) USB Stick with the mentioned ISO.
Feel free to drop me a pn and we can talk via phone to solve the problem.Yes, thats free of charge!
