Latitude 5411, hard drive not installed, beeping, error code 2000-0155

Question

My laptop repeatedly crashes and shows the following:

Hard Drive - Not Installed

Error Code: 2000-0155

Validation Code: 109241

It continues to beep extremely loud. I was in the library when it first happened and it scared the living daylights out of me. Any help would be greatly appreciated since it occurs at least 2x per week.

Service was set up through Dell-Cares to replace the drive.

I tried to edit it but I no longer am able to. Can you help me delete this and re-post it, or connect me with a technical support member?

The post can be edited, by clicking the small green pencil icon, next to 'Moderate' located at the bottom of the post.

The best you can do is to edit the post, delete/erase the contents, followed by typing 'Post Deleted'.

I may be missing something, but I do not see 'Moderate' or a small green pencil anywhere at the bottom of the post.
