Latitude 5420 Bios update 14Dec2021

I am a Configuration tech and work on the 5420 and 5520 for a regional client, I have run into a problem with the Bios Remote update where it is giving me the following error

I have looked and I believe your xml file that controls the routing may have a broken link.  This error was not present pre 14Dec2021.  We have been doing manual updates from a flash but a fix for this error would speed up our bench time do to the volume we handle on a weekly basis.
