Latitude 5490 LCD Upgrade
Just received a 5490 and noticed the 768p screen is quite bad. Therefore I am planning to replace the screen with an 1080p panel. Is there anything to look out for or is the new panel will work without any configurations. I have read conflicting information on this aspect.

Hello Rttlnsnk,
You can upgrade your Latitude 5490 with a FHD anti-glare screen with a native resolution support of 1920x1080. For your reference I have mentioned the Dell part number for the FHD anti-glare LCD.
Non-touch LCD Part# DP33T
Description: LCD, Non Touch Screen, 14.0 FHD, Antiglare, EDP1.2
Alternatively, you can also write to me in private message along with the system service tag, your email address and the region you are situated in, and I can look for the available options for LCD upgrade and suggest you accordingly. Thanks for the reply. Please let me know if my previous message is public facing or not. Or it is only readable by you? If it is readable by public then please delete (due to my service tag mentioned in that) and send me confirmation please?
