latitude 5590 install windows 10 without bitlocker
When i installed windows on an unlocked new drive it came up as bitlocked drive in disk manager after install. I removed the drive and cleaned it in another computer. I want to reinstall windows 10 without bitlocker so I can dual boot another operating system.. Is there something in the BIOs hard drive security that will allow me to do this?

I found the answer with another search. I turned off tpm and was able to install without without bitlocker

Did you install Windows from a Dell image? This thread from the MS forum has information about that. Also this page at Howtogeek should help. And my point was if you used a Dell Windows image, I would suggest a clean install using the media creation tool available at the Windows 10 page here.
Also this Dell support page should help when you ask about a BIOS setting.
