Latitude 7200 On Screen Keyboard

Is there a way to get the on screen keyboard to automatically pop up with the attached keyboard is folded back? I have gone through the settings and it seems that the only way I can get it to automatically pop up is if I actually detach the keyboard, which is inconvenient.
