Latitude 7240
The issue is, Laptop (Latitude E7240 Ultrabook) isn't turning on, I tried with battery and without battery with AC adaptor, when AC adaptor connects Caps-lock button blink once and then power button blinking many times, Push power button, No response at all. What should I do now?

It's likely a memory error. Unplug the system, disconnect the battery and hold the power button for 30 sec. Remove and reinstall the memory module(s). Reassemble and try again. If the same error occurs, try one memory module at a time in each socket.
If one module halts POST in both sockets, replace it. If both modules fail in one socket but not the other, or you see no improvement, the memory socket(s) or mainboard are bad.
Whether the system is worth a board replacement is up to you -- the system has no Windows 11 support, so its lifespan will be limited in light of the pending retirement of Windows 10 in 2025.
