Latitude 7275 Not Loading Windows
I cannot get my Latitude 7275 to load into windows. It runs the Dell splash screen but wont display anything when it should get to the windows login screen. I can see the screen has a faint glow to it so when i do a hard power off i can see it turn black.
I've tried doing various resets (partial clean and fully cleaned drive) and it did once go into the initial windows setup to add my account back on, but the screen constantly flickered and no programs would load and would just crash.
If I power off and hold volume up and run the system diagnostic it doesn't find any errors, if i press volume down it will cycle through the LCD screen test colours. After a couple of failed boot attempts it will bring up the windows recovery screen but nothing I try seems to fix the issue. Weirdly if I let the battery drain and turn it on to get the 'battery is critically low' message it randomly will boot the windows setup screen.
Can anyone shed any light on the issue? Thanks.

Hi thanks for the feedback. I have already tried start up repair numerous times as well as doing full system restores and cleans. When I manage to get back into the windows setup on a fresh windows install it constantly flickers and will not finish the setup. Do i need to download a new windows installer package?

The EPsa test showed no errors.
I downloaded the Dell OS Recovery tool and loaded a fresh copy of Win 10 onto a flash drive. I then tried to install a fresh copy of Win 10 onto the tablet but it said that the drive was protected by Bitlocker. I've never used bitlocker and had no access key for it so my only way round it was to delete the volume using diskpart via cmd. I then re-installed a fresh copy of windows from the flash drive, but it wont go past the choose language screen. Everytime i click next the same screen just comes back round and the screen is constantly flickering, so something seems corrupted.
Is it possible to completely delete everything on the hard drive (as well as the dell recovery partition/volume) and start from scratch?
Will deleting everything affect the boot up? I've read that some settings required for UEFI are stored on the partitions?
