Latitude 7350 Webcams don't work
I have a number of Dell 7350s at work. Update the drivers and the Webcams stop working and can’t seem to come back. Dell support has been…less than helpful.
I’m positive the problem is software, not hardware.
The webcam works with the factory image…but that’s it. That’s a non starter in an enterprise environment.
I’ve tried uninstalling drivers, reinstalling, running old drivers, absolutely nothing works.
Tried our standard corporate win10 image, tried fresh install of 11, nothing works.

At what point does the cam cease working? If there is more than one video conferencing app (Webex, Teams, Zoom, Google Meet), one may be guilty of commandeering the cam -- Zoom is among the more egregious offenders.

@ejn63 Yup. I see this all the time at work as well with our fleet of Latitude 7430's; we might even have a couple of the model listed in this post, as well, but needless to say, it's a pain when a doctor is, for instance, trying to meet with a patient, and they can't due to their camera not working. Sometimes running Dell Command |Update will fix it, but other times, not always.

@ejn63 When you install any OS other than the factory image, it doesn't work at all. Tried extracting drivers from a working system, still nothing. The OS simply can't see the camera.
