Latitude 7390 2 in 1 multiple issues after keyboard replacement

Latitude 7390 2-in-1

Hi all, have posted a couple of things on here about issues I'm having after replacing the keyboard on my Latitude 7390 2 in 1.

In short, I have lost my WiFi and bluetooth capability (ethernet is ok, so can get online). Device manager originally listed them as "hidden" and gave them a Code 45, saying they weren't connected. I tried to uninstall/reinstall, but now they have vanished completely. This morning my touchscreen went as well with the device manager showing in in grey. This shouldn't happen after a simple keyboard change. Can anyone help? I have rebooted and performed scans and downloaded drivers, but it has go me nowhere. If I do a system refresh what data will I lose?

Here's a picture of what the system says about the touchscreen.

Hope someone can help. Thanks.

If you haven't, make sure the display cables are firmly connected to the system board.  Reseat the wireless card and the antenna leads as well.

Hi, thanks for responding. I reseated the wireless card twice. The touchscreen was working fine after the keyboard installation.
