Latitude 7410 Screen Issues

Question

At my company, I have a user that has a brand new Latitude 7410 that keeps getting pixelated screen, and system memory issues.  I have run Hardware diagnostics on the computer and they have come back all passed, but user still has the issues.  I have attached screen shots the user has sent me of the issues.

@ChadA3119​ It's on-die on these machines. Not even soldered on, it is on the same substrate chip as the CPU. These things are just whack, and QA seems to be as well.
