Latitude 7420 Keep crashing
Hello,
I have a latitude 7420 since at least 3 years and I'm always getting random crashed. At first, it was mainly when something video was playing, but it happen really randomly. I have tried with Windows 10 and 11 23h2, 24h2 and 25h2. I does a very quick BSOD and then restart.
Lately, I tried connecting a targus docking station using display link on the usb-c connection. This result in the computer crashing nearly each 5 minute even when doing nothing. It is so unstable that it even corrupted the installation of intel driver and support assistant since it kept crashing while installing it.
I had a hard time updating the gfx drivers because of that.
My graphic is Intel Iris Xe version 32.0.101.7088 downloaded straight from intel. Didn't fix anything.
In DCU 5.7.0, there is no update.

Run a full diagnostic on the system - F12 at powerup. Does the diagnostic complete successfully or fail, and if it fails, what's the failure code (2000-0151, etc.)?
Install a copy of Who Crashed (Resplendence Software, free version is fine). It will parse the crash dump and point you toward the cause of the crash.
