Hi
I have a problem with backspace key in Latitude 7480. When I klik a backspace key, laptop turn off. I looking for solution for this trouble.
Laptop have a all updates BIOS and OS
No Events found!

Attach a USB keyboard. If doing so on that does the same, you may have a Windows issue.
If it does not, replace the internal keyboard.
