Latitude 7490, charging time
Hi everyone,
I just bought the Dell Latitude 7490 a few days ago. When I am charging it, it takes around 4 hours to complete the charge. But my previous Latitude 5490 only takes around 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Is it normal or a battery problem?

I think unless you have an exact same model, using charging time to determine the health of a battery would be misleading.
The laptops in question can have 3, 4, and 6 cell batteries with varying WHr.
Charging a 3 cell battery takes less time than a 6 cell battery.
