Latitude 7490 no backlit keyboard

Question

i wonder why latitude 7490 doesn't have backlit keyboard?

tried these methods:

1- FN + Right Key

FN + Left .

FN + UP / DOWN

doesn't work.

2-installed Dell Control point device manager and still there's no options about backlit.

3-i entered BIOS and again,couldn't see anything like backlit keyboard.

any suggestions are welcome.

Did you order it with a backlit KB? That feature was optional.

i agree , because it seems these's no backlit under keyboard. this is a physical issue. solved.
