Latitude 7490 no Bluetooth
Hello,
I have a Latitude 7490 through work. On Friday the drivers got updated via dell support assist to then find yesterday morning that Bluetooth wasn’t behaving and I couldn’t connect my headset. Tried a series of uninstalling and reinstalling. Bluetooth drivers and am currently no nearer.
Currently when looking in device manager all I can see is the intel Bluetooth adapter with the warning everything else works fine though.

Same model laptop, same behavior. Tried rolling back driver, updating reinstalling, reboots...to no avail...

I resolved the issue - hit F2 and go into BIOS. Uncheck/recheck the box for enabling bluetooth and apply and save the BIOS config. That fixed it for me. For some reason even though the box was checked there was something glitchy after upgrading the bios.

@tdimitrov, Thanks, same issue happened to me and after trying to fix within Windows 10 (nothing worked), I was next going to try BIOS setting and came across your post. Your solution worked perfectly!
