Latitude 9420 error codes after screen replacement

Hey All!

So replacing the non touchscreen panel with a touchscreen panel was a success. Installed it and everything came up. I was prompted to do some updates from Windows. When it rebooted, it gives me the Dell logo then goes black. It gives me an error code of 2 amber and 7 white lights. from what i read, it says something about an LCD power rail problem. any idea how i can fix this?
