Latitude E5430 non-vPro (Bluetooth issue)
I am going to be straight forward, my bluetooth drivers are downloaded from Dell's website for Windows 10, My laptop is out of date I have had it since 2012 with Windows 7 Ultimate. I have all types of issues going on with Bluetooth and I've tried everything, my bluetooth driver literally does not pair with my headphones immediately like they have in the past, my driver also requires me to unpair and remove the device or headset and then pair it just to see if I can connect it and sometimes it works, other times it will just be stuck on configuring device. Also when I am connected I play music in an editor or DAW, and the entire bluetooth sound will literally not play and the only temporary solution is to go to sound and hover over and select Hands free recording device or headset microphone and it after a few seconds muffles or goes back to the same issue. What is DELL using to make these cheap drivers, why can't my bluetooth just simply work.

Hi
Please can you confirm the Make Model and OS, along with any configuration details like touch screen, backlit keyboard, SFF or tower etc etc.
Specifically what does Device Manager list your BlueTooth as?
Dell or Intel? Using CLI msinfo32 and then getmac will help.

Windows 10's newer Bluetooth stack doesn't always work well with the original hardware. If you haven't already, try uninstalling the Bluetooth driver completely (including the driver software), then reinstall the latest Dell version.
