Latitude E5430, Windows 11, slow

I am running the non-supported Windows 11. Here is the thing, my windows vista computer has never had slow internet issues the way my windows 7 laptop is. My computer is a latitude e5430, and it has 16gbs of ram and 2tb storage and I have windows 7 ultimate and windows 11 pro. I am aware that windows 11 is not supported, but because all the apps I use are sublinal to Windows 11 and the lack of money I have for another better computer I want to say that this has never been this slow. I’ve seen slow browsing computers and it’s so slow, it’s like I’m browsing the web from a computer in the 90s on a dial up modem. Yeah it’s that slow, and it’s annoying because windows 11 is doing this to my wifi and this is never slow like this on windows 7, and they’re supposed to say that the system is unsupported. I’ve been having wifi issues since I had windows 10. Can someone please help me? It’s not malware because I have nothing installed but what came on it. It can’t be hardware because windows 7 works, every other device can browse the web but this one with Win 11 just gives up.
