Latitude E5450 power button not working
My Latitude E5450 laptop was working just fine, today it started something new. When I press the power button nothing happens, even when I long press it. When I shutdown the laptop on the start menu it shuts down but turns itself back on when the charger is not connected. When the charger is connected it shuts down but the power button won't turn it back on . To turn it on I have to remove the charger so that it will boot itself up. Please help me. Thank you!

Welcome to the Dell Community @Ghuni
Let me just say I pulled your model from my warehouse.
I was going to see how easy/difficult it would be to disconnect the CMOS/BIOS battery.
But I got side tracked and did not have the time.
Dell Latitude E5450 / 5450 Owner's Manual:
https://www.dell.com/support/manuals/us/en/04/latitude-e5450-laptop/dell_latitude_e5450_om-v1/working-on-your-computer?guid=guid-9ccd6d90-c1d1-427f-9e77-d4f83f3ad2b6&lang=en-us
For now try this.
Disconnect the AC adapter.
Remove the Base Cover.
Disconnect the Main battery.
Hold down the power button for 10-15 seconds
Reassemble and test.

EDIT: U2CAMEB4ME already had the link to the service manual. Follow his first suggestions as the coin cell removal is a bit involved.
