Hi Folks,

I am very new here. I have put together a Dell E6400 for use with ham radio. I have two problems:

First I get the 406 error when trying to update the bios

Second, only the bottom row of keys works and only in capitals. The touchpad works. An external keyboard works.

O/S in Windows 10 pro, updated. 

 

I would really like some help
