Latitude E6410 top row not working
Keys Q,W,E,R,U,I,O and P not working. I have restarted the computer and (tried) to install new drivers but they are still not working!! Help please

Try reseating the ZIF connecter first.

If that does not work then you may need to replace it.

I have this same issue only on a 2 year old Inspiron 16 7620. Only the [tab] ty[]\ work in the QWERTY row.All other characters upper or lower case do not work. All other keys work in all other rows. What can be looked at to try and repair?
