Latitude E6410 - Wifi Adapter Not Detected

So I recently took my laptop in to be serviced because my startup was stuck in "please wait" loop that I couldn't fix myself despite plenty of encouragement and advice from the community. Luckily the tech was able to save all my files, reinstall windows 10, and upload all my photos and docs. Great, good. Happy with all of that - except now I can't connect to WiFi. I assumed that I needed to update my driver but the device manager won't even detect my WiFi card. I can't see it in hidden items either. I noticed a "unknown device" but after a bunch of research I discovered that it was just the sensor that detects when you drop your laptop (even though it was listed under Network adapters). I used my other computer to install that driver with a flash drive and it worked fine. I have poured over these forums and have tried installing like 5 different drivers with no success. Any advice?
