Latitude E6440 USB port and Finger Reader
I've having an issue with a Latitude E6440 that was upgraded to Windows 10 64bit, the USB port, next to the VGA port has stopped working and the finger reader driver can't load. Are there any updated drivers for this laptop for Windows 10? It does have the latest version of the BIOs installed...

Load the Chipset drivers first and then the Dell Unifying Application driver. Both are located at the support page here.

Ok, I tried this and it didn't work. Not sure what's wrong with it now. Did the usb card just go bad all of a sudden?? geez...
