I have checked it again in the SYSTEM CINFIGURATION of Dell support. It says? 2nd gen Intel Core i3-2350M Processor , 2.30 Mhz, 3 MB.
I bought this laptop from Germany as not working properly but after changing the HD with a known good one and updating BIOS it operates perfectly. It seems that was not used, is as new condition and I will install a greek/english keyboard and 4 more GB of ram. I paid 90 euros incl. shipping.
Hi, I did that and I GOT THE SAME RESULTS. namely system model latitude e6530, processor intel core i3-2350M @2.30 GHz, 2 cores 4 logical processors. BIOS A22 2018, BASEBOARD 0JC5MT VERSION A01. Maybe there were 2 generations of CPUs supported in this model as it happens with E5430.

Yes you can.
A W7 Pro COA will activate W10 Pro.
A W7 Home COA will activate W10 Home.
That will end when W11 is officially released.

Hold down the Windows Key and tap the " R " key.
Type msinfo32 then hit enter.
What System Model and Processor is listed???
