For that model you would need to replace the system board.
You do have some options but it would not be worth the time or money.

U CPUs are not socketed -- they cannot be replaced. They are hard soldered to the system board.
If you can find a mainboard with a faster CPU on it for your system, that's the only upgrade path - the entire mainboard must be replaced.
