Latitude E7450 windows 11 upgrade

Hi.

Is it possible to update to Windows 11 on Latitude E7450?
Can I upgrade the CPU and install the TPM 2.0?

Officially, no - you have a fifth generation CPU (which cannot be upgraded).

Windows 11 may or may not run -- but your system will never have official support for it.

Only you can answer that -- if there's something compelling about Windows 11 that you need, and you're willing to take the risk that the OS may cease being updated at some point due to the hardware being unsupported, you have your answer. If you're not willing to take that risk, Windows 10 has at least another four years of updates left in it - and by the time it goes end of life, the system will be ten years old and likely retired.

The other option of course is a new system with Windows 11  -- though now may not necessarily be the time to buy, with the imminent release of another generation of Intel CPUs and systems based on them.
