Latitude freezing sound issues
Hello,
I Bought a Dell Latitude 5411 MLK XCTO that primarily use to make music production.
It works well except that every now and then, the sound and the display freezes for a few seconds.
Yet, my laptop is pretty well optimised and this issue happens even when using very low comsumption software/projects.
Do you have any advice ? Can it be related to the graphic driver or else ?
thanks in advance,

Might be related to your graphics driver.
Are all your drivers up to date?
Another suggestion would be to test your Power options settings set to High Performance:
1. Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Power Options
2. Change to High Performance
3. Under High Performance select Change plan settings
4. Select Change advanced power settings
5. Expand Hard Disk and change Turn off hard disk after to the value: Never

Does it happen while running a specific application?
Do you get any error message on screen?
Please share the operating system installed.
Please check if the issue persists in safe mode. You can check the system in safe mode by following the steps below:
Note: If you wait too long and the Microsoft Windows appears, then continue to wait until you see the Windows desktop. Now shutdown your computer and try again.
