Latitude 7280 panel replacement - non touch and touch compatibility

I have a Dell Latitude 7280 with a non-touch panel display (D/PN: 0W28K0). 

The display is faulty and needs replacing. 

Can I use a replacement 7280 TOUCH panel display - will the screen work? 

Someone is selling a used (tested) 7280 touch display assembly (i.e. not just the panel but the webcam, WIFI antennae all encased),  so I need to remove and replace just the assembly at the hinge and connect the cable to the motherboard and Wi-Fi antenna. 

To be clear, I don't care if the touch function works or not, as long as the display itself produces an image I am ok.
