Lattitude 3420 bios update stuck
Hello,
A brad new computer. I started all 4 updates recommended on the dell website. 3 of them were marked as urgent. One of the updates was bios update. The updates finished (see the photo), but now almost 2 hours I have the screen you can see below. What I can do now?

This probably is caused by not installing the bios update alone as it should be. But it says it was successful and you are stuck. Did you select Enter key to see if it progresses? It needs to progress to a Restart.
If that doesn't do anything--Call Dell Support for problems with a brand new computer. That might be hard since it is the weekend. This is a user to user forum. Some other user might have a better idea.

I would just do a hard shutdown by pressing 5-10 seconds on the power button.
