Welcome to the Dell Community @Harshil_sharma

From your Diagnostics; "LCD Cable Not Installed"

I would say, try reseating the LCD cable on the system board.

Dell Latitude 5420/E5420/E5420m Owner's Manual:

Did you have any warnings about the battery, adapter or a thermal shutdown? When it shutdown were you gaming, doing word processing, etc.? Run diagnostics (F12 immediately at boot) and watch for any errors.

NO Warning about Battery, Adapter, or Thermal shutdown.

it just off while working on google chrome, vscode or any other program and it also gets off while watching videos or pictures, which mean it gets off while doing any work on laptop.

@Harshil_sharma

When you go to reseat the LCD cable it would be a good time to do a PM.

Preventative Maintenance!!!

Clean the fan, vents and replace the CPU thermal paste.

Go around and make sure all screws are torqued/tightened down.

May be it is getting thermally throttled. Try putting your laptop in a position where the vents have a clear contact with the air, and not any surface. If it works, please accept as solution.
