Many issues with Latitude 5500
Hello.
I wanted to get support from representatives of DELL.
A couple of days ago, I became the owner of a Dell Latitude 5500 laptop.
I bought it in an online store (reliable and proven). The characteristics of the laptop were indicated:
CPU: Intel Core i5-8365U
RAM: 16 GB DDR4
SSD: 256 Gb
Display: FHD * VA
OS: Ubuntu 18.04
On the laptop, the box is the same specifications as in the store.
When I turned it on and checked, it turned out that another processor was installed - Intel Core i5-8265U. This upset me.
But even worse, the built-in camera does not want to work on a laptop. Skype and cheese do not detect devices. Installed the latest Ubuntu OS update 18.04.3 (uname -r: 5.0.0-37-generic). I tried to create a bootable USB flash drive with the newer Ubuntu 19.10 in order to boot in live mode and see. But still, nothing works. What to do??

Hi, could you please click on start and type MSINFO32 and check there if the right processor is mentioned? Also, private message the service tag, let me check the specifications for you. Thanks

My latitude 5500 also gave birth to a new problem with itself
Even when its plugged in it shows no sign of charging, when I click the power button it shows orange light only for a second and shows no sign of life such as fan spinning or keyboard light
I have done hard reset on it still no result, Is there a hardware issue on my laptop?
Please inform me quickly all of my focus have been on this issue for a while and I cant do productive work

I have a problem with my laptop dell latitude 5500 i5-8265u The screen suddenly turns off, but it stays on and I noticed that it is no longer responding. The problem is not with the heat, not with the RAM, and not with the hard drive
