Mass Storage Controller Driver for Latitude E6220?

I am having difficulty finding a Mass Storage Controller driver for my old Dell Latitude E6220 which is running Windows 8.1 Pro 64 Bit. Please could someone assist in finding the correct driver?

I have tried the chipset drivers, unfortunately the mass storage controller is not included with this driver.
